- A seat fare across the Tasman has no checked bag; adding one online is A$30 each way, but A$105 if you leave it to the airport (nzShortHaul)
- Koru members lose their extra-bag benefit on seat fares, even if they pay to add a bag (nzShortHaul)
- Changing a long-haul Global Saver fare is done by phone, so the A$60 Contact Centre fee comes on top of the A$80-100 change fee (nzGlobalSaver)
- Perth-New Zealand has no cheap seat fare, and an extra bag at the airport costs A$180 rather than A$105 (nzExcessFees)
- Global Saver Max refunds lose A$500 per adult, Global Saver A$300 (nzGlobalSaverMax)
