- Economy Lite gives you no changes and no refunds at all, and it's also left out of the free 24-hour cancellation (qrFareRules).
- Each fare step adds 5 kg of checked bag: Lite 20, Classic 25, Convenience 30, Comfort 35 kg (qrBaggage).
- Extra kilos from Australia cost USD 30-45 a kilo online but USD 50-60 a kilo at the airport, so 10 kg left to check-in costs around $200 more (qrExcess).
- On Lite and Classic a standard seat costs extra (about USD 9-48 a flight) but is free at check-in (qrOptional).
- Booking or changing a ticket by phone or at the airport adds a non-refundable service fee 'starting from $25' (currency not stated); booking online avoids it (qrOptional).
